True, but the BH NPCs often intervene in fights between baddies and the lawfuls. It's just that the lawfuls don't intervene when the BH get blow out of the sky(I've tried it. Kill BH outside Battleship Hood near the gate...BAF don't do anything.)

Btw, there is a law in Real Life that states that if you see something illegal going on, you are required to help in some sort of way. I think that in Disco, Bounty Hunters would fall into this catagory, contract or not. The only thing is...I doubt that any bounty hunter would go out of his/her way just to blow up some Lane Hackers.

If the LH ran into them, then probably, yes. If not, no.
