Corsairs that dock in New Berlin and friends

What about an Outcast fleet in NY? They would argue their right to be there, which from a certain point of view could be perfectly legit.

Also, most Corsairs (who dont read forums) are corsairs for the sole purpose of blowing stuff sky high. We can blame them for going to Liberty to kill stuff, but really, what is there to kill in Bretonia? QCO and SF are both inactive as far as I can see.

Yeah, I would say go blow up some Outcasts too, but many times we come with an overwhelming fleet of mixed things (not just caps mind you) to Alpha, and the scant few Outcasts that are there sometimes just dock and hide because "its unfair". I've actually witnessed this, but Kudos goes to the Outcast battleship that at least tried to defend his home.

If you want these guys to stop attacking the "wrong target", then there should be some other "right target" to attack/kill. I'm not saying I don't agree with the points made, I do agree with them. But its not enough to say "Don't attack people you should never even see ingame" when half of them don't even read the forums until they're sanctioned for various reasons.
