Background Information: Frank Meyer was born 800 A.S. As child of a policeman and businesswomen of ALG, therefore is part of Rheinland's middle-class citizen.
He was raised to be a responsible, self-thinking man, who is able to follow orders just as much. His education-standart shows his dedication for perfection concerning things, which are important in his opinion. [School's report card included in app. attachments]
Frank was sent to school one year before the average and was able to skip the second grade, because of his talent at mathematics and language skills. As a result, he graduated the local Public High School with 16 and had time to complete internships at ALG as well as (at the age of 18) Hamburg's Police.
Unlike his mother, Frank didn't want to be part of a corporation, but he has shown interest in flying civil combat craft and was fascinated by the Rheinland Military.
Therefore, shortly before reaching the age of 19, he got his adv. Flying License for armed snubcraft and was ready for, what he names, his job and calling.
Basic Personality Traits: Meyer is a fast learning, concentrated person, who can quickly link thoughts and analyse effectively in order to solve a problem. Teamwork is one of his strenghs and he has no problems with taking orders, as he is well disciplined. Kilian is also dedicated to reach whatever goal he has set for himself, but is also aware of his personal borders.
