Also if players only got access to ID and IFF information, and a there was a ruling saying admin-investigations can only be undertaken in the case of mismatches between ID of the base killer and the base itself?

If that was the case, we'd have every Zoner, indie Corporate player, Junker or otherwise, trying to sanction the [LN] everytime we blow up a base that isn't authorized.

The above stated also applies to numerous other factions, I'm sure.
