yes i completly agree witht he both of you. but from what i hear the merc ban in RL is firmly rooted in RP is it completly faire to all no. but not everobody in sires is fair. and with all the mercs and FL flying unlawful ships it can get confusing whin the ligitamet pirets are shooting at you. in a battle you dont have time to scan everybody. in theprocess of scaning a hostil LH figther in meg today i almost died checking his lvl and trying to ask him to leave the sys before we engage. yes i have seen meny a BH doing unlawful things and thay have been dealt with accordingly. such as white wolf a BH that is a spy for the LR and outcasts. he travels with them consistently in his kis BS giving the unlawfuls cap support. severl factions are trying to give the BHG some order but like thors hammer sead most are mercs that use the ID just to fly caps.
is liberty too crowded yes. ICO took a contract for bretonia and we cut are patroils down to a minumium after a week becuse ther was nothing out ther. same for kisary.
all the players stay in liberty and RL so all the pirets stay in liberty and RL becuse thay feed off the players. thus all the lawhul piret fighting groups such as ICO stay in liberty becuse thay feed off the pirets. i think in the next vershion players need to be given incentive to ventuer into the other houses and stay ther. it would make the game more lively instedd of one side of the game bing populated and the other barrin. indeed it can be sead that the only ppl who ventuer out of shallow waters are traders and the pirets that hunt them.
