Bretonia's loss they thought was made.

Baguet to battleshrimp,
off went a hussar like an imp

to call for arms and ships to be built
but Southampton had only so much room for it's stilts

A loyal ship at once overheard,
the Gallics were overwhelming the heard

Quietly without drawing attention,
off it went without a single mention.

It slipped its berth
and to Dublin it went forth

Past the Suffolk and through the gate
to Dublin it went to rescue the Crown's fate.
