Well, it's true. I could summon 2 Panthers quite quickly, for just 1000 manpower. But it took a while to get there. First you need to unlock the option from the Headquarters. To able to do that, you need to get the upgrade production from your Logistics Kompanie, Kampfgruppe Kompanie, Panzer-Jager Kommand and Panzer-Support Kommand. Of course, to be able to upgrade them, you need to build those first. So that is in fact, quite a lot of manpower and fuel going there. As you know, fuel is very scarce in early battles, and you took away our fuel points pretty soon. That's why we started using the Panthers only fairly late in game. Luckily, it wasn't too late to change the course of the battle.
