We have 'englanders' that plays in bretland
we have germans that play rheinland
and we have americans that play liberty
we dont have any japanese, reason why kusari is dead as well.

Think your wrong there.

I know more American and Australian players who play Brets. Most English and German players play either Kusari or Liberty characters. The only House that primarily attracts players from the country its based upon is Rheinland to be honest.

Most Outcast and Corsair players I've known are Americians. And Gallics, I find to be played by a mix of Americans, English and some french players.

And It's not Englander's, its British or Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish, if you were to be pedantic as Bretonia is based on the UK, aka all four of its countries.

I do agree with many that Gallia should be more player friendly. You seriously don't want to fly around gallia with any gallic Faction hostile to you as it stands at the moment. Even though some of the things taht were done for this mod, has improved it somewhat, its not a place you wanna go and relax in, if you do have factions hostile to you.
For me, making it more friendlier in the that respect will boost gallia's player base. And the existing player base activity, as players will feel more comfortable doing small patrols, instead of grouping up for big ones most of the time. Would also allow solo patrols/pirates to operate, without the hassle of rather strong npc's.
