Im not smoking you Petrosyan. cry to devs about Gunboats still powerful enough even while stolen not to me.
And basics not so strong as Order guns so Order can pew thief easilly. if you care about traders pirated by him- Ahoudori even worse in Pirate ID hands. if you care about other pirates on small GB and bombers - go make bounty on him or report to Order.
easiest way: delete Freelancer/Pirate IDs. no more stolen tech. profit

That is an idea too. But still go in-game and try a Hathor with a FL or a Pirate ID you will see that you can still kill any fighter/bomber that gets on your way.
