Ok so I know Oita has no Real use going to unless your IND but i have to ask How do you get there? i know the 3 routes there through Hiroshima,Illinois, and Ellesmere but they are all guard systems so how exactly if lets say my Inde IC Fighter once to go there How do i do it?

Thanks in advance and this is just out od Curiosity i guess the Main Parties in question would be KNF LSF and LPI since its their guard systems
