I assume you did not understand what I wrote about with the hint, anyway, it's not what I came to do about.

KSP job is to stop criminals, not to intervene in military actions, I don't think that part is proper in there. Same as a police officer would go around military bases and personal to inspect them - that's the government job, not the police. (Nor it is the military job to inspect the police, again, the government's job).

Also, the kempeitai are an intelligence branch, I suggest you the least edit them out since they are not even part of KSP, if you want to change KSP lore that's one thing (which again, as I said, is not even making sense inRP), change other factions lore is a quite different matter.
