Nowhere is an inspection of KNF forces mentioned. Basically, that piece, From what I understand of it, just covers us also enforcing the law on the KNF.
That's my understanding of it, at any rate. I could talk with Mr. Dr. Prof. Ms. Chokan about changing the wording, but I think it should stay in there in some form, just to make it clear.
