For either a KNF or KSP to act, in game, against one another, there must be clear evidence of a major crime in progess. Kai is in the wrong to interpret the laws so loosely - it undermines trust between the law enforcement agencies.

That being said, the KSP have a duty to report suspicious activity.
I am still waiting for the Admiral involved in this incident to give a full account of his actions.

He can expect some SERIOUS questions to be leveled at him at a Military Tribunal, or worse, a Parliamentary Committee.
