Rogues are allies, yes. Hackers would be very friendly at most, GC.. eh.. that's extremely weird. They don't even have an official faction. So ]bd[ basically says, "oc, get out" and we can't do crap there. Hessians? No, they raided us only a couple days ago. Mollies? Very friendly, no way we could be allied. And honestly they're so irrelevant that.. eh.. it doesn't even matter. Same with hessians honestly (if we were even somewhat friendly with them). THOUGH! If we did start going back into bretonia, molly diplomacy would definitely need to be re-forged.
