It's great that you've spend a good amount of time writing this, but how can you include something like this:

"Unlawful factions are bit easier, they don't have laws, in fact they are breaking laws of the other houses followed by their own interest to survive, make easy money and some do fight governments of their houses because of different ideology. All in all they aren't persons with moral and dignity."

All of the things written in this paragraph are wrong. Some unlawful actions do have laws (or rules, same). Making easy money? Don't think so. A trader with 4000 cargo space makes 40 million in one run, a loner pirate will make much less if asking reasonable fees. Aren't persons with moral and dignity? That was the most absurd one. Having factions that throw their lives away for the sake of a different and better ideology = no moral and dignity? All in all being unlawful is a lot more harder than being lawful, so don't mislead new players like that. The experience I've had as a pirate (who does not pirate that much, for one reason or another) is that I will most surely be chased by groups of people, even if I have not been aggressive towards them. In reality you might be a very morally straight and dignified pirate, but you will still be chased like a pig by most people out of fear and hate towards 'pirates in general'.
