During a routine patrol, I discovered a Destroyer-class Kusari Naval Forces vessel at Fujisawa. I immediately cloaked and followed it, finally catching up with it at Shuri. When ordered to leave the system, its commanding officer questioned that order and then refused. I then recloaked and followed it out of system, but ran out of fuel. It then docked on Fujisawa despite docking control being ordered to reject his docking access.
