Well that is good to know, but I I am thinking more about the rp institutions. When a faction becomes an official factions, their institutions become official, and to a certain extent part of the lore of the server. They start of have import for other people, other characters who play in the same realm. People will use things like GCHQ in stories and things. Something along the lines of "GCHQ sent me information to go check out" or whatever. What is the stance of the faction on other people making use of your institutions in their rp? Think of like the Council of Elders, or The Council of Dons or somesuch.
