Issues with the IDs should be handled separately. No, there was no mistake regarding OSI being able to dock in house space. That was the intent - no capitals, yes to docking. The current restriction on the Whale is a point being discussed. Yes, you're very well entitled to hold your own opinions on what's right, wrong, underpowered or overpowered, but policy isn't going to be written tailored to what any single person wants.
In short, if you have further issue with the conduct of OSI as a faction feel free to continue to raise concerns. ID issues aren't up to OSI to decide, those are questions better raised at staff.
