It is open enough. Invite factor has been removed quite a while ago, read faction post once in a while for updates. But make no mistake, it's not publicly open faction either, you can't just make a ship and say "hey, I want to join! make my rep and gimme money". There is still big filter as it always was, still requirements to roleplay, to write story and show capabilities. So, either you confirm to those or you get nothing, simple as it is, and I will not change it to anything else. It's my responsibility and my job, and I do not cater to those who want an easy ride. Do research, do hard work, earn status, it's not just given away as your will. As far as I'm concerned it's open enough for such faction.

As for the Wild, just wait and see...
