Just naming some things here. Im sure there are more for both sides.

Actually, you're slightly wrong here. The Outcasts operate in every House, save Rheinland (I think). The Corsairs only operate in Kusari and Bretonia. The Outcasts operate in a wider area of the sector, although they might not have such a militaristic grip on their space.
