Outcast x Corsair equipment and ship balance

Look, compare this balance issue to the BAF to KNF balance.

Generally, I prefer the KNF ships stat-wise, but I make an effort to destroy them in creative ways, instead of repeatedly bemoaning a so-called 'lack of balance' and 'sad state of affairs'.

Perhaps you can make up for this apparent weight towards the Outcast with some creativity?
