Actually not... Igiss didn't place them on Freeports but on lawful bases. As pirates you should never be able to dock on them...so I would say they are open to lawfulls only.

About ships again...

Decurion is bad.. just about same agility as Sabre
Centrution has very low agility for a HF

but you have the Arwing.. which is a fully Corsair ship.

well I was actually talking about official Outcast and allied factions here. I'm not going to name the things I have seen.. hope they just fix them.
