Greetings, leaders and royals of the Kingdom of Bretonia. I.. am somewhat confused on a certain matter that has crossed the council's desk several times. You see, at times I receive fantastic news in reports and projects that involve cooperation between our two nations. Such as the BIS being allowed docking rights on one of our bases in exchange for commodities. We've also had some of our men stationed down there in order to keep out the more troublesome outcasts and to assist your forces when necessary. Though, at other times, I see that hostilities between us couldn't get any more intense. Why is this? We never declared war on you, and as far as I know neither have you to us. But, if that is in fact what you want.. It is not preferred among the Council of Dons and our people. And I highly doubt it to be wanted from your end. So, the main question here is what exactly is your stance towards us?
