I have some grave news
I was with Shinmen.Musashi a asecondary fleet pilot and was in orbit accompanied by two Kusari State Police Agents outside New Tokyo, when a Gallic Royal Navy pilot exited the tade-lane.
Straight away we initiated comms,

I then proceeded to tell him that he wasn't supposed to be here unless he had a valid reason, or having been in the accepted Gallic Royal Navy ships into Kusari core space, he wasn't on that list and failed to give me his personal comm's channel to prove that he had been given any reason by GRN High command to be this far in Kusari, He declined...So it was decided to escort him out of Kusari space to the neutral zone in tau-29.

From Shinjuku Station all the way to free port 6 he kept exiting the trade-lane after being given many direct orders to stay in the convoy, along the way he also opened fire on the Kusari State Police agent who was sent as extra back up to aid the situation, and then at Freeport 6 he engaged the secondary fleet pilot, so I felt that I had gave him enough chances to comply and be co-operative and honour our alliance how ever he did not, so we engaged and destroyed him.

he was not invited into New Tokyo System there for he broke article 2.3 of the tau-29 section as he shouldn't of been in Kusari in the first place.

He then re appeared at New Tokyo, When [KNF]Nh.Nagata was on the scene at Shinjuku Station, How ever we decided this time that he would take the lead, he again messed us about stopping and starting in the trade-lanes but we eventually got him across the line and he didn't come back across.

I would like to add on a personal note a thanks to the Kusari State Police Agents that took part in what happened today, and a thanks to all Kusari Naval Forces Personal involved.
