The problem with these questions is that it's all "yes" or "no".
Just because somebody is cautious, and doesn't take every lie a person tells him for the truth, doesn't mean a person has all kinds of psychotic disorders.
Anybody who scores all Lows, without even a single Moderate, I would consider to be dangerously over-trusting of other people in today's world.
