Cruising
The rules say that once you engaged cruise engines you are out of the fight and have to leave the system.

Sorry for intruding, but I have to put my 13 cents worth in. But this is my perception of the rule in-game. In LH's defense.

If the player engaged is an X amount of meters/K's away and/or preparing to flee, the person that has engaged the fleeing player can give chase. If the player is running with his thruster to gain temporary distance, enough for him to effectively engage his cruise engines and avoiding a possible disruption, I'm sure that the player that provoked the attack can use any method possible to chase down the victim.

Once a chase has begun, the PvP isn't over until one of them docks, or dies. there are also other possable reasons, but im to tired to think of them right now.

(Sorry if that made no sence what so ever, or didn't relate to the problem. )
