**Incoming Log Transmission**

Important Events for Today's Flight:

- Incident regarding The Phoenix and Libertonian Governments Clearance. The incident resolved, Primary
Fleet Officer Captain Alan Polstari recommended contacting the Liberty Government about a renewal to the
clearance.

- The Phoenix attacked by three ships sporting CGS| identification, which according to the Neural Net
criminal database these ships are highly violent pirates calling themselves Indians. The ships where held off
long enough. A navy patrol consisting of a Bomber and Assault Battlecruiser chased them off. The
Countermeasure system was 100 percent effective, and was able to counter the threat of the Asco
torpedos. The shields where 100% effective and the ship suffered no damage.

- The Upgrades by the Freeport 10 crew are having minor problems integrating with the new scanner
system installed by Ageira Technology. The engineering team is working on modifying the systems to
accept inputs from both Zoner and Aftermarket Libertonian Technologies.

During a shakedown flight to Tau-37 for some routine maintenance by the Zoners, a attempt was made to
extort captain Phoenix. Considering the Three Million Credit demand, Captain Hamlin tried everything to
avoid a violent conflict. The fact that the Navy showed up when they did really tipped the scales, and I am
glad they did show up.

As for the new upgrades by the Zoners of Freeport 10, It was a lot of "Heres your upgrades. Bye now" and
less upgrade service.

Just another day as a Libertonian tax paying citizen. It is understandable that with a well armed ship should
be watched closer than normal, but as a Born Libertonian you would think that they would understand we
would never attack any Libertonian unless in self defense of my crew. A valid point was brought up during
the stop, that I should send a message to the Government and see about a renewal of sorts. I will be
sending in a communication message once the Zoner upgrades are complete.

I just hope soon I won't have to deal with all this paperwork about every single thing that happens.
