The badminton, it wasn't foul play but rather unsportsmanlike behaviour, promoted by a bad tournament structure. Still scandalous though :-)
Aye the badminton was more the athletes, and not the Olympic organisation. They got DQ'd for their behavior, so at any rate, justice was served...kind of.
Although again, ye, that's the athletes fault. Like that American that competed in Judo, he got DQ'd for marijuana usage. That doesn't mean that the Olympics promote marijuana usage Xd
