The future of the barge?

Why not remove the barge and make a 10k transport that is practical and reliable?

Make it Cylindrical.
A bit longer than the advanced train.
6 turrets, 3 front and back.
No gad damn parts that jut out 100 feet that catch on to everything.
70 normal speed
200 cruise speed with 1 minute charge.
Moderate armor to give it an equivalent hit points to size ratio.
Cannot be used by Independents
Must have Faction ID and Tag

Lets stop trying to fix a nightmare and make it like it originally was, A roleplay peice, not a commodity.
