Well when it comes to revenge what about a certain FH gunboat getting blown by LH in California... only to come to Magellan in his FH BC 10 minutes after.... saying that we cannot attack him because we just killed him in California . :crazy:

And somehow another 15minutes later 2 more [Lane Security] BCs come to Magellan ... without saying a word.... interesting.

That would be Ralph.Thorson/Dominator.
Yes you kicked his ass in his Gunboat, and yes he did switch accounts and flew past you guys to get to Cali.
Yet he didn't attack you, infact you all dishonorably killed him while you KNEW he couldn't attack you.

But your being paranoid about the Lane Security here.

It is true, I as Harvey did try cruising to catch up from your semi-thruster-fleeing. Its pretty much chasing you - as you were unofficially but still - fleeing, that is however not re-engaging.

Anyhow, if this is wrong then I've learned my lesson.

Well since BulldogNK did that to me yesterday, id say its allowed.
But only if a player has ran more then 2k(my guess) and shows no interest in shooting back, just running.
I was usally doing it if a player goes more then 3.5k away.
