reduce the cargo to 10.000, make it a regular transport ship, with 80 impulse speed and 350 cruise.

And make it available for purchase again. With a proper price like 400-500 mills.

Meh, it will it make a usual 5ker-like ship. Everyone will use it. As devs said, trading system is balanced up to 5k ships, so they made the Barge slow/big/etc to prevent powertrading and disbalance in trading system.
