To the Corsair Empire

So I've recently taken up a new line o' work for my ship and crew: Ship Parts salvaging, also known by some as "collecting Premium Scrap". Your shopkeeper on Tripoli pays a fair price for this "useful material". And of course, I'm always glad to pick up some Artifacts from Crete to bring back home. But there is that trip between Tripoli and Crete where my ship's hold is completely empty. While short, I feel like the trip could be more useful.
After talking to some of your crew on Tripoli, it sounds like they could use a lift between Tripoli and Crete at the end of their shifts. With your permission, I'd like to shuttle these Spaceship Crew from Tripoli and deliver them safely to Crete so they can spend their vacation time with their families rather than in the bar. I know that movin' around people in your area is frowned upon, so I'm askin' permission from you to do this.

As a side note, traveling with an empty hold in Corsair space results in a 500,000 credit tax, which I'd rather avoid.

For reference:

16. Transport of Food Rations, Luxury Food, Synth Paste, Fertilizers, Pharmaceuticals or other useful materials to Corsair bases (especially Planet Crete) by allied, friendly or neutral vessels is to be encouraged.

Corsairs must not pirate transports bringing these goods to Corsair bases. (kos/hostiles should be destroyed)

16.b) Useful materials include but are not limited to raw or processed metals (including scrap metal), all types of fuel, vital supplies for space stations or battleships (Oxygen, Water, etc), ship components, electronic components, weapons or weapon components, ammo, consumer goods, etc. (kos/hostiles should be destroyed)

14. Transport of Tourists, VIPs, Passengers, Refugees or Vacationers to Corsair bases (especially Planet Crete) is forbidden. Transports found bringing these cargoes should be stopped, and sent out of Corsair territory or to offload their cargo on a nearby freeport. If the pilot refuses, Corsairs are authorized to destroy the offender, his ship and cargo.

LONG STORY SHORT: I'd like permission to shuttle Spaceship Crew from Tripoli to Crete when I'm in Omicron Gamma on my way to Crete to buy Artifacts.
