Ok yes maybe my idea was a bit too much.

Here's a better idea, to narrow it down a bit:

1. 4-5 different templates with the same overall style (fonts, size etc) for the newsletter, so I can fill them out myself and rotate them so it appears like new stuff every time. Preferably in some format I can open and edit in Gimp without messing up everything. Also of course adhering to the forum standards regarding size etc.

2. A set of corporate transmission bars following the theme from (1), but with open space for title/name (so I can fill it out, for instance when reporter John Smith wants to ask around, or editor Paul Dinglebert wants to make an announcement).

Still quite a lot of work, and I am aware that me requesting open space/stuff I can modify myself will come at an extra price. I hope it still has your interest.
