Proper RP of Zone 21 for LAWFUL's makes sense - but no smuggler, or pirate is gonna say "Oh well, we can't fly in and out of that Zone 21, that's secret of limits liberty stuff and a big no no, i mean,.. we kill their ships and pirate their traders and smuggle illegal goods into their space and all, but uh uh no sir, we ain't flying into zone 21, thats off limits, LPI says so"
Yeah - you get my point.
Liberty cops et al, i say, patrol the hell out of zone 21, i say enforce the rule to shoot people you find in there.
I say RP the hell out of that off limits thing, i think it's an awesome idea (and no im not being sarcastic, i think it adds a whole lot of really cool RP excitement for a smuggler and escort to take that route - knowing the risk and danger involved)
But - don't be surprised, or complain about "you shouldnt be in zone 21" - (corsair will say - "yeah? you gonna stop me!" and hey - LPI etc, it's your job TO stop them)
- when Corsairs come through in force, if thats how they have to get in then so be it thats how they will.
Yes they need better prices for artifacts in the mod - and they do get the short end of the stick (my cruiser cant shoot your trader, but your cruiser can shoot my smuggler) but in this one? well as i said, this is how they make a large portion of their money... so..
