Raiding into Gamma today I was warned to leave by a Cesar[TBH] Gunboat. Moving to assist him was another Corsair Gunbout whose name I do not have thanks to damn radiation corruption of my black box.
With 2 Gunboats on me I held my ground while evading. On Comms I had Captain Jan Richthofen of the Ho.Chi.Minh Cruiser who was in Kappa and would come to my aid. I held the Gunboats at bay until Captain Richthofen arrived. A Corsair Centurion by the name of Benito Huarez stated his intention to aid the TBH swine now and the Ho.Chi.Minh was taking heavy fire and my Viper was having little success against the TBH Gunboats sheilds. The Ho.Chi.Minh began to withdraw as I engaged the fighter and tried to buy the Ho.Chi.Minh some time.
The tatical retreat was a success! I continued to engage Huarez under fire from the Gunboats until bizarley both Gunboats choose to withdraw leaving poor brave Huarez alone in his Centurion and myself in my Viper. The writing was on the wall now and the ending was near. Huarez but up a fine defense until some unknown temporal anomaly formed and his ship seemed to freeze in time. Not for long though as my guns annihilated his vessel.
When will the Corsairs realise the TBH's treachery! Leaving Huarez alone like that was inexcusable! He offers aid and gives it and is then is left alone to face a cruel cruel end!
Later we detected a [OPG]Cyborg contact in Gamma, noting their crimes of Conspiracy with Outcasts the Captain of the Ho.Chi.Minh ordered me to engage. After a brief fight the Ho.Chi.Minh arrived and Captain Richthofen's gunners made mincemeat of him.
