I honestly think, that, they should be very fresh, libertonian colonies.
Like, as the year gets moved forward for the next mod release, they should be just the very bare bones of a colony, having been started during the year 816. that way, there is no need for retconning the storyline. Make them not really libertonian colonies, just including libertonian businesses (because, business has the power, and funds, for this sort of expansion. The bare bones of a brand new hacker base can be fighting Ageria in the area.

But wouldn't Liberty name a system 'Florida' before using 'Ontario'?
