Improving the Canadian Systems idea

Okay, to avoid whinging from certain fronts, here are the suggestions that I've been thinking about, and I've been trying to put some thought into them first, before posting rubbish. I wanted to post about fixing existing systems before building new ones, but, well, here it goes...

Renaming the current Canadian systems to have more American names. Florida would be a prime example. Add in Miami as a station, liner or planet under Spa and Cruise.

Make Canadian systems, such as Ontario and Alberta break off from maybe Edinburgh or the Taus, as another link between Bretonia and Liberty.

They would, of course, be in development, mostly under BMM and Planetform control, with Bowex and the Zoners having some presence. Ice clouds would be plentiful in Alberta, perhaps with a Hacker base such as 'Calgary'. In fact, Hackers, Gaians and maybe Mollies would have a strong presence in these areas, but there would likely be lucrative trade runs for such border areas, with lane parts, terraforming gases and the like being required.

Since they'd be out of the way of heavily populated and policed areas, and in keeping with historical precedent, I imagine that a 'Vancouver' system or station, with a Cryer presence selling Synthetic Marijuana would be great too.
