Some Faction Confusions

Firstly, I hope this is the right place!

As the Title suggest I am having a few confusions with the faction
rules and such, thus I thought I would ask here.

Firstly the "One Faction per ID rule": obviously the faction my questions are
concerning is OZ and thus that would be a Zoner ID'd faction. As Phoenix are
currently going for the Zoner ID (I think, and good luck to them) this would
be an issue... So does that mean I apply asking for my own OZ ID (is that
even kosher?) or do I just apply for Zoner ID and ask for someone to
helpfully suggest I could ask for an OZ ID?

Reasons for own ID being:
A: We don't want to be responsible for all Zoners.
B: We don't want to deform "Zoners" to our way of RP.

Secondly the rule about a "second specialist ID", we currently have a lot
of roleplay with a group of AI, we were considering if at all possible to perhaps
combine the two and have their "group" as specfic subsidiary group of OZ.

However having read the rules:
"The specialized ID does NOT provide access to ships or weapons that are forbidden to the primary ID. "

Thus this wouldn't allow it and thus I am presuming we would need to do some long term compounding
RP supporting our relationship between the OZ and the AI before any thing was able to come of it.

Finally home system stuff, I am presuming this is no longer in use?
If it is however still in use whoop-de-doo!
One bil, that's quite cheap compared to all the money I have spent on Zeta so far!
And only 8 people... not bad.
