Some Faction Confusions

Well, you better have to wait until we will change ourselves to our own ID. As OSI get their own shiny ID, if to be honest, I wanted also same thing for Phoenix. But in my opinion, every faction must prove themselves on NPC ID for some time, when faction start to being official. Also get officialdom + own ID in same time looks almost impossible to me.

Makes me wonder if the Zoner official slot is actually open or not. That needs clarifying.

Mostly it getting be used by us.
