Lucas was born in an average family living on Planet Nevers in Burgundy; he has had a very simple life until his parents were sized by the Gallic Crown under charges of working with the council against them. Left alone he grew up on his own barely scraping by until he finally could afford a ship and fly to find the council in hopes that he could confirm if his parents were actually working for them. He was turned away and rejected claiming they knew nobody of that sort. The sadness and anger of not having any parents and because they were arrested by the Gallic crown because of the claims they were caused him to want to split off, but due to the rest of Sirius not taking well to people from Gallia had to stay. Hearing about the L'Unione Course he agrees with the ideas very much due to their opposition from the crown as well as the other activities they run.
