Some Faction Confusions

ID question - Nothing is stopping you from applying for official status and requesting a player faction ID in the same. I don't recall it ever happening though the Reavers got their own ID far quicker than OSI did. The reason it took OSI so long was due to the admin team's opinion changing over time. When we made our first request the team was of the opinion that we didn't need it nor did they want anymore player faction IDs. Over time this changed and we know have a number of blank IDs in game for that very purpose. Can't hurt in trying.

Hmm, so it is kosher to apply for both at the same time... Just unprecedented, fair does.
I suppose I will have to write up an ID then... *copies and pastes Zoner ID*

Specialized ID - Using the AI ID as your secondary to the Zoner ID isn't an issue. The AI ID doesn't provide access to any ships or weapons forbidden on the Zoner ID. If you got your own OZ ID - it would wholly depend on the text of the OZ ID if this were possible - but if this is added in as part of the official request with the OZ ID and the admins approved it - it would be kosher.

Ah, ok I suppose the 10% nerf with an AI ship is different to it being "disallowed".

Home system - Guard systems are out. The only Zoner Guard system you could purchase is Omicron-74. Zeta is not a guard system (zoner or other) and thus not up for purchase. With that said, neither is 74. OSI placed our request in for it and was told that Guard systems are on the way out and that no more would be sold. In my opinion, that is a good thing and there really isn't a need to purchase a system anyway.

As to the "buying of the system" it was merely a question of, "wait I get to pay 1 bil and you might OZ's position in Zeta seriously?"
I do agree with the new player base system that systems shouldn't be "bought".

Yey I changed Zoner bases to Omicron Zeta... that was all xD
Oh I also changed "to protect another trader" to "to protect allies"...
I am not sure if this one is as essential but opinions are welcomed.

Hopefully at this rate I may apply soon, thanks for everyone's help so far.
