Improving the Canadian Systems idea

On topic then....

When I first found then in 4.83 I thought they were just about useless (for traders/military)

But now when flying for LH I think they are really great... as I can come to Colorado or NY that way faster and safer than trough California. There just happens to be way to many independents in capships playing police in NY.

Sad thing is that they are empty.

So my suggestions:

- I don't think the big companies/industry/civilians should go in them, so no trade lanes or bases like that

- I would add some asteroid fields and other "decorations" and an LH base in Alberta as proposed. (and yes I'm biased on this one)

- LH/Rogues NPCs in Ontario
