If the LHs get a base in that belt of systems I want Xeno NPCs in Ontario seeing as you find Xeno patrols around the Colorado>Ontario JH. The Xenos also have the closest base to the JH making it even more viable for them to be there. Plus if there is Bretonian comercial interest they would resist any development in the systems and engage in pirate/terrorist activity due to their hate of outsiders to halt the construction. This could help to get Xenos in the storyline as well...
