:DSorry your tag only appears when the rep bar is full green and flashes. Just because your rep screen has the Outcasts half green does not mean you are an Outcast. If that screen is current you have no tag. You can't expect others to know your rep screen can you?

If you do get an Outcast tag do not be docking on any lawful bases.
