In the back-water reaches of Rheinland, Heisenberg Research Station plays host to a relatively minimal scientific community of fringe theorists, shamed doctors, mad inventors and much more. In one particular office, leased by Cryer for the moment, Karl Kuerbis and his wife Linda were scheduled for a fertility consultation.

Doctor Jung hated drawing the short-straw for Heisenberg shifts. 'Every trek out's the same! Get roughed up: pay some hessians; and when we actually get to the place we have to placate the heaving masses at the bay doors with shiny trinkets just to get to the offices!' Jung muttered to himself behind a phony fixed grin as he handed out microscopes whilst signing away a box of centrifuges and sliding a box of syringes over with his foot. 'Yes-Yes: the corporation ~knows~ you are grateful; thank you gents, now if I we can just get through...'
Beside the doctor stood other medical staff with data-boards taking requests by exchanging shouts with the throng, like tic-tac men or market traders. Flanking these were guards toting stun rifles, though no-one took them too seriously.
'Doc Doc! Spare some 'prazaline for a poor clinic?'
'Cryer! I need hypnocil for my sick dog!'
'...analgesics for our burning orphanage...'
'...flux-capacitor for our distressed moose...'
The charity bonanza passed, the crowd thinned, both the genuinely needy and the addicts were satisfied for another day. Jung sighed in relief and signalled the small team to grab their own equipment and follow him to their rented space.

Karl Kuerbis and his Wife Linda sat opposite a white-coated doctor who was wearing tailored red trousers 'Your reply was very helpful Mister Kuerbis, thank you, danke.
Two years without a pregnancy definitely points to a problem. Your bout with T.B, the Sprague plague, and the significant fever you ran all provide complications.
First of all we're going to have to ask you to cut out those Sauna sessions, recreational drug use, and irradiated areas for a while. Your alcohol consumption is within acceptable limits, just keep it at current levels and you should be fine.
