I see couple a things that seem odd to me.
You moved into Zeta,built a couple of bases and just claimed the system.
Now,this would've been cool if it was Omicron Lost or any other empty system.
I'm pretty sure you didn't tried to talk to all the factions that may be affected by your takeover.
Now,I understand what you are trying to accomplish,but you really need to slow down abit and think about the groups and individual players you are going to screw over in the process.
Another thing is building The Aether.
From an RP point of view,how is one base going to hold off the nomads?
They vaporized a planet,after all.

I think I mentioned something about this to Agmen.

Maybe this will force us to change our diplomacy, currently I do see more "what is on the server"
as opposed to "what is in the lore", I am sorry it is one of my faults. Perhaps we do need to sit down
and talk about our actions with those that it effects a little more closely... My only excuse I can give
is every-time I have tried I have received "your an indie, go away."

As to specifically the Aether...

Firstly it is not "our" base we just help a lot with supplying it.

I attempted to talk to Huggie about this some time ago and it wasn't exactly productive.
The station is not being built quickly: we could have pulled a 'sair and had it core 3 with 2000 guns over night.
Its RP justification for being alive is that it is a joint projects between three people against the nomads: two of which serve as suppliers and defenders whilst one serves as just its defender.

Further more it is not "ooRP" for bases to spring up over night, if you would care to look at some of the new systems that been implemented in Disco the RP behind them is that they were "built over a few short period of time". (mu is a good example) Not to mention a few other bases that "spring up" in the middle of war zones, I believe the BHG are getting a NPC base in Zeta next update yet I see no RP of a construction fleet in Zeta?

Even further more the destructive force with which the Nomads destroyed Toledo could be used as a.
"All your RP can be destroyed in a single shot" card... this however might make you think twice.

Harbinger using a weapon known as The Great Destroyer, to erase and change forever Toledo. What he didn't know, was that using this weapon would unload such an amount of energy that all the Nomads that were in range of it redirected a portion of this energy into the Mindshare, destroying all the bonds. Panicked, the Nomads turning crazy as they lost any notion of individuality over the years

I doubt the nomads will be in a hurry to destroy their own mind-share again in a hurry.

That pretty much sums it up for me.

Presumably you are inclining along the lines of:
"If you don't absolutely need it, you insult us by asking for it."

The response to that would be:
Mno we do not absolutely need an ID in the same way most other specific
IDs are not required to RP the way they would like to RP the same way its
not required to have a zoner ID at all we could probably be doing the same
RP with a BHG Core ID... After all the 77th are RPing friendly to order with
a BHG Core ID... I am not sure this makes the rest of the BHG Core ID indies
or primary faction too happy though.

The 77th needs to decide whether they're Order or BHG - if they're going to use our ships, they're subject to our in game and in forum orders. They can't be both - that just doesn't work.

We do not want to end up in the same situation where our RP differs so much
to that of the Zoner ID.

I am saying it is not a requirement because we will survive without it if
denied , I am being honest instead of putting extra pressure on the application
by lying that it is a requirement.

If I am interpreting you wrong I am sorry but I am doing my best from
what was given.
