~indSchnee took a drink of the provided water, and glanced around at the other guests, as if to silently ask them who goes first. Receiving no indication, he tugs at his tie, perhaps slightly nervously, and stands to speak.

"Ah... greetings, to my esteemed scientific colleagues. I am Doctor Wilhelm Schnee, representing Sparta Station in Omicron-74. As some of you may have heard, Sparta has a new administrator, Mr. Hiyobi Kita, and I was appointed as the station's scientific consultant. I, ehrm, think that should be everything..."

He awkwardly took his seat again, his glasses nearly falling off of his face as he did so. Flustered, he grimaced and silently wished someone else would speak and draw attention away from his clumsy self.
