Rules of Engagement

So basically, there are no rules of engagement then. The bott/batts thing seems to be
only thing everybody almost agrees on
War to claim a system becomes a great big expensive, and pointless exercise with
those that dont have school, work, bed or whatever claiming they won because it
comes down to the last man being there wins. And how do you get to claim all those
systems in the first place?
The Moderators are not interested in setting rules for this, as rightly, a war is not in
the best interests of the forum or the server
Wolf is pissed enough now, so I think if we cant agree between ourselves with
carefully thought out suggestions, and implementations of some basic guidelines
its time to say, You can't claim anything.
As for the upper Omicrons, nobody is ever around. I've spent hours up there in the
gainful employ of the Outcasts and never seen a soul. Its normally where I go to
have a quiet time, clear space fighting. Everone else is in Delta.
So lets sort this out please.
