FLSpew?

Okay.. First, so everyone knows what I'm talking about; The FLSpew file at C(or D):\Documents and Settings\Account Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Freelancer\FLSpew

I have absolutely no idea what this file does.. Deleting it doesn't hurt as far as I can tell.. What does hurt is that for some reason, just today, it decided to grow into a 7.6GB notepad file.. I found out after my comp yelled at me for filling up the harddrive.. Obviously I was confused as I was supposed to have about 8 GB of space free. This also came just after freeing up 800MB of space when it first said it was getting low..
The only time I got it to open, about 1 minute after the first time I deleted it, it was only 57kb and it opened.. I don't remember what it said, but it said the same line over and over and over and over, etc.. About 500 times.. And that was at 57kb.. 7.6GB... Screwed up. So yeah, 45 minutes after I deleted it it was already back to 500MB.. Deleted it again just after I turned off FL for the night.

So my question is; What the hell is this file, and how can I stop it from doing whatever the hell its doing..? I don't feel like closing FL every 2 hours to delete a file just so my harddrive doesn't die..
