As far as this kick and ban thing for 3 hours afte 3 death thing...

Absolutely not.

That's an administrative NIGHTMARE for me, not to mention i have to keep a record of who I kick/ban.. No thank you. It ain't worth the effort.

Dab is partially correct regarding skill

however, Skill in ANY game is three things:

1) How well you know how to use the equipment NOT what you have mounted
2) how well you can fly the ship you're flying
and most importantly
3) How well you can keep your cool in a tight situation

So far.. boasting how many you kill is not skill. That's boasting. It's an ego trip. Something that doesn't constitute to skill... AT ALL.

As for enforcement of the rules.. The PvP rules are there for a reason. .They are *ALSO* the Rules of Engagement. 3 deaths, you're out of the battle. Capital ships cannot use SB/NB's (Spoken rule.. i don't think i saw it in the server rules yet).

Next battle.. I *WILL* be there. I see someone using SB/NB.. I will kick from the system back to their home system. Get it?
